           <media:description type="html"><![CDATA[<p>New in JSW CRM 4 version 5 is a system for creating & managing various review / reaction forms or just a form that let visitors directly ask a question on your website.</p>
<p>You can create the form by making a (hidden) JSW CRM menu item, where you can configure the form.</p>
<p>The reaction/reviews form has the following standard fields:</p>
<ul>
<li>Seo setting Review</li>
<li>Name, city, e-mailaddress</li>
<li>Quote</li>
<li>2 question/answer fields</li>
<li>6 rating fields to let user rate your services for example with stars</li>
<li>A description field where a extended question can be filled in</li>
<li>A field where the visitor can recommend you</li>
</ul>
<p>Per form you can set the fields you want to show in the form. The data you collect can be stored in a (special) category & mailled to a emailaddress after the visitor has filled in the form.</p>
<p>The review system is set-up multilanguage so the subjects of the fields can be set in the Joomla language override system. </p>]]></media:description>
