Just select a new image or other item to upload to your item, make a description and fill in the other stuff like setting of the image and the text location etc...

Add a location if you want to the item.

Which categories and items can be reached and shown on your website depends on the fact if it has a menubutton in the menu.

This means that which items are available between the frontend (website) and the administrator are completely separated.
Only items, categories etc. that have a menu-item can be shown on the website, the administrator can contain much more if needed.
These items are only available for the administrators of the website through the /administrator url.
The administrator can for example contain a list of contacts only for the administrators...

Here is a list of the most used sort of menu items you can make

• Default list of items of a single category
• Add a new item form
• Flatlist of items from one, all or multiple categories
• A reaction form for collecting reactions form published items.
• A review form where visitors can send you a review
• a single item
• Items in a Tree view with the start-category and it's subcategories on the left and item on the right
• Searchpage: Create a searchpage where visitors can search in one or more categories. Search results can be set to list or table view

The default List, Tree view and flatlist view can show items as a list, a table or a gallery
And these shown items can be filtered by one or more tags.

The default List view can also be shown as calendar. The calendar can show only items of one category..

What the items should let the visitor see can be set at every menu item extensively.

Backup JSW CRM 5
From the settings screen you can also make a backup of JSW CRM as a zip file.
This file contains all the settings and database files as csv files.
If you want to move your JSW CRM to another server, install JSW CRM there (! install the same version as the exported one version),
and move all the file also to that server.
All the files and images that are used in JSW CRM are standard stored in the joomlatools-files folder on the root of your Joomla cms installation,
unless you have changed the standard location in the settings.

You can create the form by making a (hidden) JSW CRM menu item, where you can configure the form.

The reaction/reviews form has the following standard fields:

• Seo setting Review
• Name, city, e-mailaddress
• Quote
• 2 question/answer fields
• 6 rating fields to let user rate your services for example with stars
• A description field where a extended question can be filled in
• A field where the visitor can recommend you

Per form you can set the fields you want to show in the form. The data you collect can be stored in a (special) category & mailled to a emailaddress after the visitor has filled in the form.

The review system is set-up multilanguage so the subjects of the fields can be set in the Joomla language override system.

JSW CRM Quickicons for the administrator interface you can use.

The logged-in user sees only & can only edit the items he has rights to.

The interface is full-responsive & multi-language.

That means you can download, upload & even delete files there. You can also see wich item(s) a file is connected to.

The way & format the location gets shown in the itempage, you can set per menuitem.
There are multiple sizes available you can set.

Setting the location can be done by searching for a address or, in case of Openstreetmap, by dragging the marker in the interface to the location of your choise.

you can add addressinfo to the location.

JSW CRM 5 installs a maps module you can use where you can make a map of the locations of a categoy for example or locations of the items shown by the menu-item.
There are lots of ways to make nice maps with JSW CRM, even filter the items with one or more tag(s).

• If you have a set of markers stored on you pc you want to use, upload these via ftp to the jswcrm-images map to the root of you website.
• This map is created at installing JSW CRM in the root of your cms installation.
• After that you only have to create a new marker, select your marker and give it a name.
• A nice source for all sorts of marker for map is https://mapicons.mapsmarker.com/ 

There is a set of example markers present in the installfile of jswcrm.
Just unzip the installfile on your computer, the markers are situated in the media/com_jscrm/images/markers map.

Go to the Markers screen on the administrator interface.

• Select new.
• Upload the marker image on the right of the screen & give the marker a suitable/handy name in the title field.
• After that the marker can be selected for the items as marker.
• The marker is used on the map with the location & can be set to show on the item near the title.

JSW CRM 5 has a standard safe set of extensions that can be uploaded.
If you want to handle other, more exotic file-extensions, you can add that file-extension to the list in the configuration screen.

There is in principle no limit to the maximum size of the images you want to store.

Even camera raw files is possible.

You can easily manage a photo database with JSW CRM

The following data can be stored of a Contactitem

• Salutation, Firstname, lastname
• Function, Jobtitle
• Image of the contact or logo
• Phone number
• Mobile number
• Whatsapp
• Address, Location
• Social media data
• Website address

Only the filled in data is showed on the front end with a icon.

The only mandatory fields for creating a item are

• The Title
• A category selected

The other fields are optional.

The new version of JSW CRM 5 you can choose between Google maps or Openstreetmap.

You can search a location with the build in address database lookups.

Get a key to show the maps

The easiest way to get a key for showing maps on your website is to use openstreetmap in JSW CRM 5.

• Go to mapbox.com and make a key there
• Copy the key & set it as key in the settings screen of JSW CRM 5

Getting a key for google maps is a lot more difficult..

• Optain a key for Google maps at Google.
• Copy the key & set it as key in the settings screen
