JSW CRM has a review form where you can collect feedback with from your visitors if you want.
Set a category in JSW CRM where you want to collect the reviews.
You can set the form to publish the review unpublished or published, so you have full control over your reviews.
the reviewform can be called with a menu item.
Which field are shown in your form can be set in the menuitem settings.
