How is an item added and displayed in JSW CRM 5?
For the user, JSW CRM 5 creates an "information layer" where all kinds of information is added to a document/item for the user:

System ownership of a document/item can be changed to another user - The title/description of the document/item
- In which folder is the document/item stored
The document/item can be "moved" to another folder if necessary - When was it added (date)
- Who can consult/download the file (rights of the item)
- When and how often was the document/item viewed
- How big is the file and what is the name/location of the file
- Location if added to the document/item. Is usually the case with relation and contact details
- Documents/items can be provided with Tags (labels), with which they are linked to a certain topic and can also be displayed as a collection of documents/items
Relations and contact details
In addition to files, JSW CRM can also manage contact information and map locations. This is stored directly in the database.
The map locations can be used to create a map module that displays the location of a set of data.
Share items function
For example: agendas, underlying info and reports of meetings can be made available online directly via JSW CRM 4 without having to 'email them around'.
This agenda is also immediately available in the archive.
New member
